My playgroup allows a 15 card sideboard for wishes and the like. What would you cut for any wish cards, if any, and what would be in your wishboard?

Wishes are kind of an odd inclusion in cEDH.

One of the problems I see with them is that with having 100 card singleton format, that even having an extra 3 tutors means that you are doing to have to cut back on other sections of the deck. Such as cutting some of the interaction suite to fit them in, which therefore cuts on your resiliency.

Another drawback, is that you are then limited to a strict selection of 15 cards. What happens if you need something that isn't in your sideboard and you only have a wish to tutor?

All that being said, they can be incredibly useful to return cards from exile. During a YawgWill turn, you should be able to play a spell, cast yawg will and then wish the card back for a 3rd cast.

The sideboard option is great though. While your interaction suite should be tuned to your meta, having all the answers all the time can be hard. I would be looking at running: Rolling Earthquake Vandalblast By Force Force of Negation Rapid Hybridization Vapor Snag

and a few more interaction spells and possibly a tutor or two.

With Modern Horizons do you recommend replacing Izzet Signet with the Talisman of Creativity?

Also, I have a group that is fairly heavily populated with flash hulk. Any list change recommendations? Cursed Totem or something similar.

In a flash-hulk meta, lust play the midrange/control game. Pack a lot of counters for instants Dispel is a good addition, Stifle might be useful for the hulk triggers and also Force of Negation .

I haven't done any testing with the new talisman yet, but as the deck begins to lean more heavily to red, I may be looking at cutting something other than the signet for it. I'm playing on friday, so should be able to begin testing then.

Also the new Tale's End would be worth including in a hulk heavy meta, as it will stop commander being cast to stop the card advantage, and also still stop the hulk trigger.
