I would like to eventually, but I'm also cheap, and my goal for deck building is to attempt to stay under $30.

Tamiyo's Journal is a nice budget card to maybe run 2 copies of either in main or sideboard to generate more Clues and guarantee more card draw. It would also be a great way to find a Tutelage or Creation if you haven't drawn one yet.

Compelling Deterrence is a risky card because it can trigger Madness against those popular Vampire decks in standard right now, however you do only have 2 zombies to play with so maybe that's not really something to worry about. It would be sad though to do it and trigger a Lightning Axe that kills your Forgotten Creation before you get to blow their library away.

The Grip of the Roil that you have on the maybeboard I think is a better option since it slows the creature down for two turns at instant speed and you get to draw a card, and then you can just bounce back the creature to their hand with Clutch of Currents, Disperse or Just the Wind when it finally does untap.

Just some thoughts. I hate playing against Tutelage decks because I tend to run either mono-colored decks or two-colored decks that get milled out easily against it, but I do find them fun to design :)

This deck looks fun! Since I already have the majority of cards, I think I'll try using this. I know you said you want it to be a budget deck, but what do you think of adding a Thing in the Ice  ^Flip or 2 as another way to clear the board?
