Bellock86 I really don't have a budget , I have a deck that is way to far from this one so whenever I have the chance I buy a card or two

I would cut the creatures that aren't serving a purpose. Beaters like Porcelain Legionnaire and Serra Avatar don't do anything for you in the long run.
What kind of a wincon are you wanting to use?

Bellock86 I'm actually still looking for a cool wincon but I haven't figured any yet

Esper has a lot available. You can go infinite route and Deadeye Navigator and Palinchron to enable infinite mana and spend it on multiple wincons like Blue Sun's Zenith or Rune-Scarred Demon to search that stuff up.
If infinite combos are against your play group rules you can still enable alot of stuff.
I know you said this was for multi player. Are we talking competetive play or kitchen table?

Bellock86 Competitive multiplayer, and yeah infinite combos are not allowed I did wanted to use Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron but since I can't. The Blue Sun's Zenith is a good idea , also the Rune-Scarred Demon

Deadeye Navigator is the meanest enabler in magic as far as I'm concerned. Now if you Diabolic Tutor you go get the demon and then navigator with demon.
Rather than post of slew of suggestions, I'm just gonna link my esper EDH that's already built. It's not oloro it's Sydri, Galvanic Genius so some of the cards aren't gonna make sense for you but some of the utility combos I run in that deck are pretty sick.

When you say "Esper", do you mean Esper in color scheme, or in control? I'm thinking you mean color scheme, but this wouldn't be the first time I'm wrong. This looks pretty swell otherwise. I'm decently familiar with Esper control.

Have you tested this deck? Etherium Sculptor seems a tad underwhelming. I recommend Grand Arbiter Augustin IV. He has a higher cmc than sculptor, but that is the only downside. He speeds you up and slows down your opponents. And he can lower the cmc by two if the card is blue and white.

daemon_panda I used to have Augustin but it didn't worked out , i'm actually re-structuring the deck so i'm actually planning on removing the sculptor

Necropotence loves oloro. Also Venser's Journal goes nicely with both the theme and synergy wise.
Quick tip about EDH in general. Single target / use spells are not optimal. For example Voyage's End helps with a single thing for a single. This puts one opponent back but all others untouched. Removal in general needs to be multi purpose or an all out board wipe.
What kind of budget are you looking for? Just so I avoid money cards if you're strapped for cash or whatever the case may be.
I'm working on an oloro deck myself so I'm pretty familiar with good cards in these colors.
