Main combo is tefferi's puzzle box and underworld dreams. Since most spells in the deck are 3 or more mana the playset of chalice of the void really comes in handy against most decks. Tendrils and wurmcoils for some extra lifegain plus all the other removal spells. temporal extortion buys time and works very well in your favour no matter what the opponent chooses. Using Mutilates instead of damnation for budget reasons.
