Ignoring Flensermite and Gremlin Mine, there are 11 cards that are gremlins or mention gremlins in their text: Scryfall-Search

Phyrexian Gremlins is simply too cute to leave out, and I don't see any reason to make it blue or white, so here's our new rakdos gremlin commander:

I feel like this might be better as a Glaze Fiend/Salvage Slasher/Salvage Titan/Vault Skirge/Stitcher's Graft aggro setup with Nihil Spellbomb/ Bottle Gnomes/Golden Urn/Glaring Spotlight/Gremlin Mine/Ratchet Bomb sideboard, or packing a more aggressive suite of disruption (Duress, Vendetta. Dismember etc) to survive casting bigger creatures.Good luck with the testing- here is my big list of regularly played cards, by no means complete Mono black deckbuilder's toolbox.
