This has some serious overlap with my Archelos, Lagoon Mystic landfall deck. As you're already running Amulet of Vigor, maybe give Mr. Turtle a chance to shine?

Your Archelos, Lagoon Mystic initially enters tapped because that's what your Orb of Dreams says will happen. Archelos' abilities can't affect how he enters the battlefield because they aren't specific to himself. Your opponent's Amulet of Vigor only triggers for their permanents and your Tiller Engine only triggers for your lands, so they don't have any impact on the result.

When Archelos is untapped, each player will get to choose whether their permanents enter tapped or untapped. An ability like "[something] enters the battlefield tapped/untapped" is a type of replacement effect. If multiple replacement effects are trying to modify how an event affects an object or player, then the affected object's controller (or owner if there is no controller) or the affected player chooses which one to apply. If there are still any replacement effects that would apply to the modified event, that player chooses another one and so on until there's nothing left to apply. This means if there are multiple effects saying "[something] enters the battlefield tapped/untapped" then whichever one the player chooses last in the process is the one that ends up happening.

I am on the play. My opponent dropped Amulet of Vigor on turn 1. I played Tiller Engine on turn 2, Orb of Dreams on turn 3, and then Archelos, Lagoon Mystic on turn 4. Should Archelos have entered tapped or untapped? When he is untapped, will permanents enter the battlefield tapped or untapped? Thanks.

legendofa: I'd love to such sets. It seems as WotC might be onto that. Looking at Bloomburrow and what it might be, it's propable that it's the homeplane of Archelos, Lagoon Mystic, Kwain, Itinerant Meddler and other similar creatures (I thought about Chatterfang, too, but dude isn't wearing any clothes besides his necklace, so maybe he's not from there). So we might be getting more and more of these random home planes.

At the beginning of your endstep, each opponent draws a card if they control a tapped creature and you draw a card for each opponent who controls a tapped creature. Then put a +1/+1 counter on each tapped creature you control.

It's just a good 1 cost counter to cards likeArchelos, Lagoon Mystic and more, paired with World Shaper they enter untapped. You have Rain of Filth I was curious if they would be a good fit

Mindlink Mech cannot target Archelos, Lagoon Mystic as it states "target non-legendary creature," and typically if you did copy Archelos with some other effect it would be subject to the legend rule and you'd need to choose just one to keep. If somehow you did end up with two sticking around with one tapped and the other untapped, each player will chose whether their permanents enter tapped or untapped as Gidgetimer stated.
