if i play Polluted Delta then crack it for Blood Crypt , must i also play teh 2 live to have Blood Crypt come in untapped or does it just enter untapped?

Because Polluted Delta doesn't say it changes how the land enters the battlefield, it enters the battlefield just like it normally would. This means you have to make the same choice for Blood Crypt about whether or not to pay 2 life. If you don't pay the 2 life, it enters tapped.

you would have to still pay the 2 life if you wish for it come in untapped, otherwise would enter tapped as normal

That's why people crack fetches at the end of opponent turns. Then it can come in tapped and doesn't matter.

ABUR = Alpha, Beta, Unlimited, Revised.

As in, the -original- dual lands that have both basic land types but come into play untapped. (Bayou, Volcanic Island etc)
