Can Pyromancer's Goggles copy Flying Crane Technique via red mana inclusion?

I'm thinking of making a Narset EDH deck, and I'm wondering about one of the many awesome card interactions in the deck I plan to build. Please get back ASAP :)

That's prety nice, but not what I mean, and I apologize for the confusion.
Let's say I have the Goggles out on the field, and 5 lands in the necessary colors for FCT. I use the mana from the Goggles to help pay for the FCT. Does it get copied because it has red in its cost or does it not get copied since it is multicolored? Again, sorry for the confusion!

Yes. The spell is a red instant or sorcery. It happens to be a multicolor instant with the colors being red, white, and blue. Followup question: Why does it matter? The benifits are that having two copies of the spell will make it harder to counter (Double Negative or Counterflux would still make short work of it) and that if both resolve you'll untap your creatures twice, allowing you to tap them between the resolutions for tap abilities. Both flying and doublestrike are redundant with multiple instances though, so you won't be dealing extra damage or anything.

Thanks, Neotrup, and to answer your question, I just wanted the double untap trigger, but I can't seem to find anything like Dramatic Reversal or the likes consisting of at least red. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but those cards just don't seem to exist, barring the double combat cards (and even then, I don't think it affects the extra combat, only the untap), which will already be in there. Also, this isn't relevant to this question, but how does one delete a post? My broken mouse clicked the "Post" button twice

To give you a little assistance, the cards that let you untap your creatures in Red are:
Flying Crane Technique, Insurrection, World at War, Savage Beating, Fury of the Horde, Relentless Assault and Waves of Aggression.
Hopefully that also helps you.

Denial048 Thanks! I had about half of those, but others not so much. There will probably be a Jeskai aggro decklist soon. Thanks again guys!

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking, so if I don't answer the question you are trying to ask please clarify the question so we can help you better.
Narset, Enlightened Master tells you that "you may cast noncreature cards exiled with Narset this turn without paying their mana costs". If you cast something without paying it's mana cost you do not get the option to pay any part of the mana cost, so you will not be able to use the mana from Pyromancer's Goggles to cast it and will therefore not be able to copy it that way.
