I am looking for deck ideas for my brother. I currently have a black/white enchantment aggro deck, and a red/white heroic deck. I am looking for a deck that my brother could have that isn't like any deck that I have. Maybe red/green monsters or a simic deck. what do i do and what cards would be good for this!?

Sorry I forgot to specify that i would like to keep it theros:/ haha sorry i totally forgot. It's just that i want him to be able to have a consistent deck that won't have to be changed soon. That way he can become accustomed to a certain style of play.

You can sometimes get a few inconsistent draws (if you get an opening hand with zero card draw creatures for example) bu overall works relatively well as a midrange deck.

I'd go with dirt cheap dirty blue: As seen here
It's a fun deck that you can tinker with, and with the new cmc1 Unsummon as well as some other things thats coming in M15 you can make a really fun tempo deck that can "combo" off with an EOT Hour of Need and then swing for the kill. It's basically what I think will be the "shell" for the new Mono blue devotion/aggro post rotation. And I'm saying "shell" because we have no idea of the full M15 spoilers or what the new fall block will bring us. Any way, it's a fun deck to play with and you can tweak it to be more tempo, more controlling or more aggro with very little cost.

I just found an awesome deck revolving around inspired. It's fairly cheap, with almost the entire cost of $90 going to scry land, hero's downfall, and ashiok, which can be replaced for budget. Playtesting has found the deck to be effective, and incredibly fun! I'm personally going to buy it today.

The budget deck that I always recommend is Green/white hexproof. It's cheap, around $20 on a budget, and very effective. I've made myself known at my LCS using this deck, in that everyone hated it, which made it that much more fun. The staples for the deck are:
Gladecover Scout ,Bassara Tower Archer ,Unflinching Courage ,Gift of Orzhova ,Ethereal Armor ,Selesnya Charm ,
After those cards, there's a lot of options you have. Some options are:
Eidolon of Countless Battles ,Kruphix's Insight ,Hopeful Eidolon ,Boon Satyr ,Forced Adaptation (This card is amazing in my opinion),Banishing Light
