Well if you think about it; if you need to sac a land to cast a spell or trigger an ability (World Breaker), now you can do so and have it back shortly thereafter

Could also use Lotus Cobra in place of Amulet. - And the sac outlet could be anything if you also have other 'Landfall' ability for good/winning effect.

Could also work... 4CMC is little expensive for the ability, but it would work if you needed more options.

Scorched Ruins + Drownyard Temple + any other land is a pretty interesting interaction.
Lets you get back Drownyard Temple while still having 1 mana left over. Bonus points for having a Crucible of Worlds to play the other sacrified land the next turn.

I like how they show the rare mana dork next to the new Sorin so we don't notice it as much...
Really, why is this a rare? I mean, a 2-drop golgari mana dork is ok, and giving it deathtouch is also ok, but at rare? What?

Crayfish: it's a 2-drop dork that gives multiple colors and is relevant lategame to attack/block with delirium enabled. Seems solid.

Crayfish: Any mana dork that can both mana fix and attack decently, as WELL as act as a 1 for 1 with something big in the mid/late game, deserves to be rare.

Nahiri is mighty pissed at Sorin for not helping Zendikar; and wants to make him suffer greatly.
Sorin is mighty pissed at Nahiri for killing his entire family and likely forcing him to whack Avacyn to protect the plane.
This is going to get ugly

Now the question is, do I preorder Sorin at $20? I'll buy a box for sure, but that's no guarantee of pulling him. I probably won't build Superfriends on paper, but I can immediately find him a slot in my EDH deck.

I'm struggling with that. I'd preorder him at Cool Stuff, because I have a loyalty discount and it's still $2 cheaper even without. I'm building a BW control deck for Standard and he's a great addition. I guess only the price is getting in my way.

Anguished Unmaking absolutely. Foils might be in demand for EDH, but it's no Abrupt Decay or Hero's Downfall. Olivia is harder to know because if Standard vampires become a thing, she'll be very big there.

Yeah, that's what I thought about Unmaking - I could see it being in the $3-4 range during its Standard run. Useful and played often, but the $7 they're charging now seems excessive. I might go for Olivia at $13 at Cool Stuff because I really do want to build Fright Night and also make that deck name stick.
