Consider vs Gaze

Here’s the deck in question Mono Blue Fliptide
I like that Consider is a cantrip and multiple copies can chain together, I don’t like that it only digs 2 cards deep.
I’m thinking otherworldy gaze could be good since it potentially fills the graveyard faster for Murktide Regent and sets up for Delver of Secrets Flip flips. It can also pseudo chain for Thing in the Ice Flip with flashback. I don’t like that it doesn’t put a card into your hand.
Would really like to hear some outside opinions

I would say that for the specific deck in question, with the amount of topdeck manipulation you want, Otherworldly Gaze is better, since the card draw may not even be worth it most of the time due to the value a card might rather have on top of your deck or in your graveyard.

Deliberate combined with a mana reducer like Haughty Djinn is the best of both worlds. But requires some set-up. (Pseudo Preordain)
I would say a mix of the 2 is your best bet. There are times where the Cantrip is needed more than the deck manipulation.

You are looking for interaction to have in your hand, so I would stick with Consider. Gaze is more of a Dredge card, where you aren't caring about playing too much stuff from your hand and virtually everything you put in your graveyard comes back.
