The Q&A is for rules question only. Epochalyptik will be along soon to move this to to the forums.

To answer your questions:

  1. This is mill. The name comes for the card Millstone.

  2. This could be reaminator if it uses cards like Animate Dead to put big creatures into play. if it uses cards like Stinkweed Imp then it is dredge.

  3. This is usually called tokens.

  4. This is either Burn if is uses a lot of spells like Lightning Bolt or Red Deck Wins, RDW, if it has a lot of creatures.

  5. This is called ramp.

Short additions:
2. Renimator, Dredge, or simply Graveyard Interaction. In my store, I keep hearing the words "Delve" more and more thanks to Sultai Brood.
3. Often the "tokens" is accompanied by a second keyboard to specify further. So, stuff like "mardu tokens", "jeskai tokens" or "elspeth tokens" is something you'll hear. Each of those mainly signalizes the token's source, so Jeskai Tokens will be a RUW token deck, Mardu Tokens will be in RWB, and Elspeth Tokens uses Elspeth, Sun's Champion to hammer out tokens.
4. Mono-Red Aggro possibly, too. If it uses stuff like Akroan Crusader and Hammerhand.
5. Possibly also called Devotion. Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx can be used to produce absurd amounts of mana, and it's most commonly in Green, therefore you'll hear the term "Green Devotion" pretty often. If you see Nykthos you can assume you'll have some kind of devotion, Red Devotion exists, too, the rest is a lot rarer. If you see Karametra's Acolyte, you're having a Green Devotion deck in front of you.

5 could be Storm. Storm is a combo deck that uses rituals like Dark Ritual and Pyretic Ritual to generate tons of mana and cast tons of spells and finishes its opponent off with Tendrils of Agony or Grapeshot.
