Mana base for Nekusar
Commander Deck Help forum

I have recently ordered the last few cards that I needed in order to "finish" my Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck, Lasciate Ogni Speranza. While surfing tappedout and looking at other decks (most notably Blizzicane's deck HandOverflowException. It's really good!), I did notice that I could stand to have a few more mana rocks or better lands in the deck, especially now that the rest of the deck is pretty much set in stone.
What are some lands or rocks everyone thinks would work in my deck? I can easily swap lands, but for rocks I would appreciate what to replace it if possible. Also keep in mind my budget isnt large, so under $20 would be prefered. Thank you!!!
Holy cow thanks zandl. I definitely need to take time to sift through all of that lol.

Cut the vivids, Academy Ruins, Bojuka Bog, Buried Ruin, Cephalid Coliseum, Crosis's Catacombs, Izzet Boilerworks, Rakdos Carnarium, Rupture Spire, and Temple of the False God.
If you want an example of how to create a consistent land base on a shoe-string budget, check out my deck, BOLAS RUNS FOR OFFICE.

Also, check out edhrec.com and type Nekusar into the search bar. Will give you tons of recommendations, common builds for him, and will have an entire section for recommended lands and mana rocks.

Thank you for the suggestions TheDevicer! I've seen your deck before and liked it a lot! The land base was certainly better and gave me ideas.
RedUndead40 Thank you for the website! That's two of them that I have at my disposal now.
My questions now are how do you all feel about check lands (like having all three for Grixis), and what about mana rocks? I have Sol Ring, Gilded Lotus, Chromatic Lantern, and all three signets that I can have. Should I make room for more?

Thanks, zandl and Podma101. Glad ManabaseCrafter will be useful in your quest. :-)
If it's not clear, you can filter by price on the menu bar and it will limit your results to that price range. Those are synced nightly to MTGPrice's Fair Trade prices:
Enjoy!

This site can be very useful.
I could spend hours on this one, too. It has real-time prices on each card, as well.
