The other day I was thinking of starting a more niche magic collection. I have friends who have every planeswalker ever printed, some who have all of the guildmages, and some who have thirteen Triskaidekaphobias! So I thought of trying to collect every goblin ever. Using I've compiled a list of 306 goblins (I'm including tribal spells because there are only a few). I've written down the list on paper and I'm going to start collecting ASAP. The rules are- 1. If there is a goblin that has been printed more than once, I only need one of the printings. 2. Keep buying to a minimum. If I need to buy goblins, I'll buy them from an LGS or another player, but I'll try to trade for every goblin. 3. The goblins will be alphabetized in a trade binder. 4. I'll keep posted on this thread about any recent trades or relevant goblin goodies. 5. I will become the true Goblin King

For my niche collection, I'm grabbing all the keyrunes. I'm still missing a few though.....
Good luck on thus endeavor! If your looking for any specific goblins, I may have some sitting around I could move.

Holtzman I'll hold off on grabbing those types of cards. But I'll look into and possibly grab a few if I can.

Update- I traded for a Krenko, Mob Boss with some little kid. I gave him an Undergrowth Champion and a Worm Harvest from my Gitrog EDH. I also pulled a foil Emrakul, the Promised End in a booster that was a birthday gift. Someone from my LGS is offering me portions of his Krenko EDH deck for it. I have to work this Friday, but I'll go on the eleventh.

The ones you will have to prioritize, or puca for are stuff like Goblin General, and Goblin Wizard. Goblin Settler will be your toughest piece.
I also think you should really look to get at least one of these
Stuff like this can really make it feel like a collection too. The promo goblins are pretty sweet.
I knew a guy that had a Birds of Paradise collection. Alpha on, all prints, and promos. It was pretty cool.

I enthusiastically second that request for publication of the list of all goblins! I have kinda done the same exact thing for quite a while now, I just haven't bindered them yet. But I got at least one friend that knows he can always sucker me into a trade for a goblin card I don't have yet....
Anyway, yeah, share that list! Please! =D

Thought of this thread the other day when I found a Nosy Goblin
I sort of want to start a collection of goblin tokens for my Krenko deck. Different languages, and all the arts. If I were able to get the old ones the un-one, and judgement/onslaught(?) ones then I would do it.

What about cards that have Goblin in the Title ala Goblin Grenade , Goblin Charbelcher , Goblin Bombardment etc
