Based originally on Craig Wescoe's mono-blue build, but with green splashed as well for ramp.

Start landing big flyers on turn 3-4 with ramp into Curator of Mysteries and Glyph Keeper , or go straight for Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign to start chaining together 2-3 Fact or Fiction effects per turn once you start playing the other sphinxes for just 2-3 mana each. Untapping with a Unesh on the board can result in 3-4 sphinxes by the end of the turn by chaining together Unesh's ETB trigger to draw more shinxes and play at a big discount.

Servant of the Conduit, Attune with Aether, and Kefnet's Monument for ramp (and another ETB effect).

Aether Meltdown, Censor, and Shielded Aether Thief to slow down the opponent's board.
