Deck that uses will of the council and voting manipulation, casual, gimmicky, fun. Best plays I've gotten:-Council's judgement with 4 Ballot Brokers, 4 Brago's representative, and then play Illusion of choice, exile 9 permanents of your choice for 4 mana, then draw a card :)-Plea for power, illusion of choice, copied twice with split decision, and then took 3 turns, ended up getting expropriate and taking 2 extra turns and stealing an ulamog :)
