Was just gonna make a Strict Proctor deck with Torpor Orb , but I decided that would be lame. Despite all logic I decided that blinking Wormfang Manta sounded like more fun, so I created this silly little thing. This deck is made for a budget vintage pod I am playing with my friends, all cards have to be under three dollars.
