Deck tweak —Jan. 10, 2014
Mainboard
-1 Nylea, God of the Hunt, -1 Forest, +1 Gift of Orzhova, +1 Fleecemane Lion
Sideboard
-2 Glare of Heresy, -1 Fleecemane Lion, -1 Spear of Heliod, +4 Rootborn Defense
I removed Nylea, God of the Hunt and a Forest following the advice of a poster below. I feel my deck can get away with 23 lands for now and Nylea was originally placed in my deck to include more evasion for my creatures via the trample enchantment but I feel at 4 mana cost, I could do better by including a 4th Gift of Orzhova which not only adds flying (a better form of damage evasion) but also lifelink creating a total of 10 lifelink cards in my mainboard with 2 more additional from sideboard. Adding a 4th Fleecemane Lion just gives my deck more creature potential at the expense of land, giving it better potential vs. Supreme Verdict from the mainboard as well as more aggro early game and also provides more space in sideboard.
My sideboard made pretty large changes, removed Glare of Heresy with the feeling that I have enough answers vs most white threats mostly because my enchant targets mostly rely on being hexproof. I can deal with Elspeth too through Pithing Needle or aggro. I also removed Spear of Heliod to make space for 4 copies of Rootborn Defense primarily to combat Supreme Verdict, but also encourages deck swap from Auras to creature token a little more if I feel the gear switch could win me the next match.
My Maybeboard are primarily for sideboard, I figure Gift of Immortality can synergy well with Ajani's Chosen and Voice of Resurgence where as they will constantly be creating tokens as they die and it can even be attached to a Cat token through Ajani's Chosen triggered ability making it easier for it to go off even more. Rootborn Defenses is a potential counter vs Supreme Verdict but wonder if its necessary or if I can hold onto a creature on my hand and use that as insurance vs Verdict.

I would consider replacing Nylea, God of the Hunt on your mainboard. It seems like by the time you can get her out and active, the mana would better be spent on something else. I would recommend adding one more Fleecemane Lion . The rest of the mainboard looks solid.
For your sideboard I would definitely consider some removal such as Last Breath or Celestial Flare . The former is great at taking out Master of Waves and the latter is good at destroying hexproof/indestructible creatures.
You also look a tad mana heavy, I assume that it's because a lot of your cards have double costs. If you get too mana heavy you may want to remove some guildgates, as tapped land slows you down quite a bit.
Overall it looks good. Good luck with your deck. +1

Some considerations:
The usefulness of Heliod, God of the Sun and Ajani's Chosen as sideboard cards. Should I include more to be able to transform my deck a little better?
Selesnya Charms vs Pacifism - I liked the charms for big creature removal and the added flexibility of its other 2 abilities, but would Pacifism synergy better since it is an enchantment and can control any creature?
The utility Spear of Heliod brings better than having a 4th Gift of Orzhova? I really like Gift because it provides evasion which is important, but can the Spear provide enough usefulness by giving me a way to remove creatures and also make my own stronger?
