This is a spirit tribal beat down deck. Soulshift gives you great recursion, and several spirits ramp or get bigger when you cast other spirit or arcane spells.

My favorite little combo is to attack with Shinen of Life's Roar and then cast Lace with Moonglove on it and destroy all your opponent's blockers.
