I realised a big trouble could be the slow mana generation. I looked for more lands, but most of them enter tapped, for that reason I added Amulet of Vigor. I also put in the dual lands that enter untapped, but make damage when you tap them.
This should be the final list, but I need to take out 7 cards. So please give me some advice about that.

Master of Cruelties doesn't play well with Kaalia. You want her swinging every turn.
Also, World at War and Aggravated Assault can help abuse her and lose you friends.

These are the cards I'd remove: Skithiryx, sunblast angel, rimescale dragon, desecration demon, archangel of thune, chancellor of the annex, ob nixilis, dolmen gate, sword of body and mind, ajani vengeant, gerrard's verdict

@artakha: Akromas are strong creatures, but I prefer creatures with better abilities instead of power. Rakdos, Lord of Riots is also a great card, but I think this deck doesn't cast very much.
@the5ervant: According to my research, Kaalia of the Vast can cheat the first ability of Master of Cruelties Even more, when the game gets around to the combat damage step the defending player will be at 1 life and any damage he takes will reduce his life accordingly. Taking 2 damage from Kaalia will put him at -1, causing him to lose the game. World at War is a great card, I think I'm gonna lose some friends.
@metalevolence: I like most of your suggestions, thanks.

Why would Kaalia cheat Master of Cruelties ability? What gives you that impression?

@TelleoStar: See, Master of Cruelties , while he can only declared as a single attacker, was brought into play via an ability and thus wasn't declared an attacker, so his attack still goes through. And his ability is exploited more because it still works even thought he wasn't declared as an attacker because he attacked a player! Make sense now?

I've moved 6 cards from main deck to sideboard, but I've added three new cards.I still need to remove six more. Sunblast Angel seems to be the next one. What you think about the lands?

The idea is to be using Kaalia, and not lands, to cheat out critters, so I think you could drop 2-3 more. I recommend losing Rakdos because he could cost you some valuable angels and dragons as opposed to an opponent's tokens. Also Skithriyx because poison counters would actually slow your game down.

@the5ervant: I'll remove two lands that enter tapped. And about Rakdos the Defiler , it's like Master of Cruelties , Kaalia cheats the first Rakdos ability, because is already tapped and attacking as it's put onto the battlefield. Any abilities that trigger when a creature becomes tapped or when a creature attacks won't trigger for that card.

For the first time he swings, yes. For all subsequent times he attacks you'll have to sac. Further, they only lose out if he connects. You could swap him out with Bladewing the Risen to maintain the mana base but get (I believe) much more utility out of that creature slot.

Rakdos, Lord of Riots ? Akroma, Angel of Wrath ? Akroma, Angel of Fury ?
