I like where this is going, but I would suggest a few changes:

-3 Orzhov Cluestone

-2 Evolving Wilds - Not particularly useful for this deck.

-2 Dark Favor

-1 Mark of the Vampire

+3 Mental Vapors / Undercity Plague / Shadow Slice / Midnight Recovery - Attached to your Deathcult Rogue would be quite beneficial.

+3 Ring of Xathrid - Combined with High Priest of Penance for loads of removal or onto Deathcult Rogue to keep on the board.

+2 Godless Shrine / Vault of the Archangel / Plains Swamp - Depending on cash available

Ring of Xathrid - I've always been cautious about the rings but I can see it's relevance in this instance, will give it a go

yes, Cipher does trigger the Extort as you are CASTING a copy and the trigger is caused by CASTING much in the same way cipher triggers the ability of Consuming Aberration

Ready / Willing does the same as Vault of the Archangel except it's 1 cheaper and only works once.... I chose vault because it's it stays on the field and can be used turn after turn if you aren't drawing the cards you need....................................................................................................I will assume that the answer for my cipher question is yes
