Also, if you're looking for some more ramp options, has some nice self-sacrificing creature options in Blood Pet, Blood Vassal, and Basal Thrull.

I think removing Grafted Exoskeleton(thinking that infect isn't a main win con), phyrexian delver, and Nim devourer. Also this will help lover your average cmc and help speed things up. It's is just my opinion

Planar Void is really good for this deck. The wording on this card allows cards to hit the graveyard then get exiled. Allowing Syr Konrad, the Grim see cards get put into the graveyard for the trigger and then leave the graveyard for another trigger.

Oversold Cemetery might prove rather useful, doing damage for pulling a useful creature back to your hand from your graveyard to either reuse or recycle. Palace Siege offers a similar effect.
