Me and my buddy are challenging each other to create rival decks, both of which run Harmonic Prodigy. Here's my first, budget answer to the question. There are some cards that are more expensive and thus excluded, but I would like to run (looking at you, Seasoned Pyromancer + Chandra, Dressed to Kill).
