I forget where I first saw the deck idea (possibly this video by Strictly Better MtG but I've always enjoyed Flinging a fat Atog and silly budget builds.

I've added in Break Through the Line to allow a late game way to deal combat damage. Obvious upgrades are adding in more Memnite and swapping Skeleton Key for Key to the City. Might want to consider: Implement of Ferocity, Implement of Improvement, Chromatic Star, Terrarion - which will let you dig through your deck with an Atog and a Foundry Inspector out as well as fattening up the atog.
