Everyone says Tibalt is an awful planeswalker. So I wanted to build a casual-fun deck to use with my kitchen table magic group and see if I could make something playable.

The deck focuses on Madness so that his +1 ability doesn't feel like a complete loss.

My group also doesn't pay attention to banned lists, or formats.
