Sideboard

Enchantment (4)

Uses Wall of Tears and Man-o'-War to bounce creatures without losing card advantage, with Boomerang, Unsummon and Memory Lapse for added disruption in synergy with Black Vise. Note that Man-o'-War itself itself has synergy with being returned to the hand, as it can be replayed for its ETB. Mystic Remora gives card advantage for stocking up on answers or laying down weenies. Spiketail Hatchling is a less synergistic but useful flier with a hard counter, while Cloud Sprite is a cheap flier that can easily be cast while maintaining Remora's cumulative upkeep. Gilded Drake can be cruel against larger beaters and doubles as soft removal, plus bouncing it returns it to the player rather than the opponent, allowing it to be used again. Saprazzan Skerry gives short-term speed for a deck with otherwise little ramp.

In the sideboard, Chill, Hurkyl's Recall, and Hibernation are hosers that keep the opponent's hand large for Vise. Counterspell is an obvious staple that doesn't quite synergize with Vise but allows more disruption, and is more of a final answer than Memory Lapse.

This deck was not netdecked.
