Hello! I labeled this deck as casual, but it would be awesome to be able to play this as a Modern deck someday. This is the first deck I have placed on this site. I am working on a Green/Black Dredge deck. The point of this deck is to play Lotleth Troll early (turn 2 most likely) and discard creature cards to place +1/+1 counters on it. I will use the Dredge mechanic to bring creature cards that I discarded back into my hand so I can discard them again with Lotleth Troll. By turn 3 I hope to be able to cast Corpsejack Menace to use a Corpsejack Menace + Lotleth Troll combo to double the counters being placed on Lotleth Troll. Dredge will also place more creature cards into my Graveyard to be used again. By turn 4, I want to use a combo Solidarity of Heroes+Corpsejack Menace+Lotleth Trolls to place even more counters on Lotleth Troll. I will also be using Elves of Deep Shadow to provide me additional land. The cards with Dredge are Stinkweed Imp, Shambling Shell, and Darkblast. I will also use a combo of Gravecrawler + Lotleth Troll to place a +1/+1 counter on Lotleth Troll without having to place cards into my graveyard. I will use a combo of Lotleth Troll + Shambling Shell to sacrifice Shambling Shell and place a +1/+1 counter on Lotleth Troll.
