I have made some slight changes to this deck over the years but the core has stayed the same. Free drops and free life gain to stave off early hits to your life until you can drop your bigger cards. I have won most of my games playing this deck.
This one should be pretty easy for you. Some big creatures to beat your opponent down with. Combo Leaf-Crowned Elder with Orchard Warden and they will cry. Leaf-Crowned Elder allows them to come in free and Warden makes it worse with the life gain. Luminescent Rain is in to make it even harder for your opponent to swing around you if they play a token generator. You have trample from a couple guys. A few of them keep getting bigger as you drop more land and treefolk. There is a bit of card draw to help out and I would have done this with 4 Aphotic Wisps but I only own 2. Bosk Banneret makes sure the cost of your bigger guys stays low while Harbinger brings in what you can't draw to.
As far as flyers you won't have to worry too much about them but just in case Raking Canopy is there to blow them up AS they attack. that is 4 damage before they even assign any to you and if you get out 2 then there is almost no flyer that wont die. Just in case that isn't enough we also have Pack's Disdain for creature removal. Also do NOT forget Weed-Pruner Poplar as the -1/-1 helps wreck weenies and tokens as well as make bigger creatures easier to handle. Also it's mandatory so you may have to target one of your own but if you are targeting yourself then you should be about to win anyway. Also I love Overrun in this deck because it is just mean.
