Kiln Fiend rush, with the added ability of rituals. This is capable of going off turn one.

Ideal hand: 1 Kiln Fiend, 1 Mountain, 1 Simian Spirit Guide, 2 Desperate Ritual or Pyretic Ritual, 1 Assault Strobe , 1 Reckless Charge . You can have Expedite instead of the charge, but the card you draw will need to be either Gut Shot or Mutagenic Growth to be able to cast enough to get enough damage out of Kiln Fiend.

Drop the mountain and exile the Guide to cast one of the rituals to have RRR floating. Cast the second to have RRRR, drop the Kiln Fiend. Cast Reckless Charge to give haste to the Fiend and boost it to a 7/2. Cast Assault Strobe , boosting the Fiend to a 10/2 with double strike. 20 damage turn one.
