Started Bloomburg looking for a fun but playable UR list and have had moderate success with this list.

Most satisfyingly it can somewhat regularly pull off the Ral, storm token win which just feels good.

Goal here was a lean mana curve that can go face and keep some hand replenishment. With a Stormcatch Mentor in play the deck has 25 1-drop instant and sorceries which help pump its prowess, accelerate Ral, Crackling Wit, or quickly pump up a Haughty Djinn.

Creatures 11x
Stormcatch Mentor Probably the strongest engine for the deck. having Pearl of Wisdom as a 1-drop feels great by itself but adding Lightning Strike and Spell Stutter to the 1-drop list is also the bees-knees. His prowess normally is not that relevant but occasionally is useful.
Coruscation Mage I have been pleasantly surprised by this guy who can facilitate a lot of damage through Sleight of Hand chaining and incidental Spell Stutter and Into the Flood Maw casts.
Kitsa, Otterball Elite I was not sold on this card initially but it has shown up, often just eating a removal spell but the vigilance, prowess and cardcycling is a lot of utility for 2 mana.
Faerie Mastermind Possibly the most "huh?" inclusion. this maybe should just be a Slickshot Show-Off but both the flash allowing me to hold up mana through the opponents turn and the extra card draw has been relevant in some situations. that said this started as a 3x and has made its way to 1x so it might be approaching the correct number of copies at 0.
Haughty Djinn Similar engine to Stormcatch Mentor lacking the otter type but placing a lot of pressure on the board. with a little Shore Up support this is a frequent finisher for the deck.

Planeswalkers 2x
Ral, Crackling Wit Mascot for the deck but also an occasional finisher. Landing on the board and +1 to 5 loyalty with a 1/1 blocker is a pretty sturdy hurdle. If not handled he will get to 10+ loyalty within 2-3 turns and the deck loves his storm token.

Sorcery 8x
Sleight of Hand Just a great thing to be doing with 1 mana. Depending on what the board looks like the card effectively reads draw a card, deal 1-2 damage to target opponent, give your creatures +1/+1, add a loyalty counter to target planeswalker.
Pearl of Wisdom An even better thing to be doing with 1 mana if you have a Stormcatch Mentor in play, often it will cost 2cmc but this still makes it better than playable card draw in prior formats.

Instants
Spell Stutter Its a counterspell, the deck has a little tempo style play to it so this can be a nice fit though it is often my first choice for a discard
Shore Up Insurance for the Djinn or Kitsa, real nice with Kitsa, Otterball Elite who can tap to card cycle then be targeted by Shore Up for a +2/+2 prowess boost hexproof and untap to enable it to card cycle again.
Into the Flood Maw a bit more disruption and really helps with nonsense like Phyrexian Obliterator but also not bad against any large creature that the deck can not otherwise deal with.
Torch the Tower I have never bargained this card but wanted another 1cmc board disruption spell.
Shock Its just a great card, to the board to the face 1cmc we love it.
Lightning Strike its Shock +1 !! often also for 1cmc
Slick Sequence I am of two minds on this card. it can never be 1cmc so feels bad to cast unless you meet the card draw requirement, which you usually can. it is however probably the most satisfying card to storm.
Demand Answers here just looking to fill an instant speed card draw slot. this can also throw other instants to the graveyard for Haughty Djinn a niche use but a fun one.

Lands 20x
Spirebluff Canal just the 3x here, the deck does like its 5th and 6th landdrops and having this come in tapped later does feel bad.
Shivan Reef Full set, the sting damage from this seldom matters and the land count is fairly low so having fewer taplands feels better.
