2-3 again, all getting run over by aggro (mostly Abzan, but some RWx tokens as well).
So I swapped 2 Bile Blight into the main in place of Hero's Downfall. Tons of aggro right now, planeswalkers not so much.
Put 1 Hornet Queen maindeck as suggested. Also made the switch from Sagu Mauler to Silumgar, the Drifting Death. That -1/-1 trigger is quite relevant.
Tasigur, the Golden Fang continued to underperform, though I still see the potential. Swapped to the side, bringing in Monastery Siege which was great in both modes.
Finally, dropping 1 Satyr Wayfinder and 1 Soulflayer and going up to 4 Courser of Kruphix to smooth out the curve and get more early blockers.
Firebirddy - I tried Empty the Pits in an early version of this deck. It's great occasionally, but pretty dead most of the time. Between Murderous Cut and Soulflayer ( Treasure Cruise in the old version ), there isn't usually enough graveyard fuel to get the huge Empty the Pits plays that make the card good. And taking out those cards to play Empty instead is just silly.

Hornet Queen is if not the best whip target in standard. I would add 1-2 in the mainboard

How about Polymorphist's Jest + Silumgar, the Drifting Death or Bile Blight + Polymorphist's Jest combos?
