I think rat cards are pretty cool. I know that they're not the strongest approach to a themed Mono-Black deck, but rats are an annoying kind of fun that will be enjoyed win or lose. This deck focuses on keeping rats on the field and bring them back from the grave if necessary, or drawing a few more cards looking for cheap spells. The rest of the deck is to strengthen your rats and limit your opponent from responding by discarding their cards. I think that this deck has a lot going for it, but I have yet to play it and work out the kinks. I think the play style of this deck is well balanced though.
