Just an updated and way more budget version of the very early combo decks.

The idea is to use Squandered Resources, Natural Balance, and Horn of Greed to ramp up mana and draw cards to cast Cadaverous Bloom and Prosperity which you pitch to the bloom for more mana. Continue Drawing Cards and ramping until you get enough black mana to cast Drain Life and one shot your opponent. Now somewhere in there you drop a City of Solitude to protect combo.

I know this list is totally jank, but its a combo deck from 97. The list is non competitive, but if you can pull of the combo the look on your opponent's face is priceless.
