The Sibsig Ceremony
Legendary Enchantment
Creature spells you cast cost less to cast.
Whenever a creature you control enters, if you cast it, destroy that creature, then create a 2/2 black Zombie Druid creature token.

Just to be "clear" (lol), Silent Clearing is not card advantage. It would have to draw at least 2 cards to qualify as card advantage. I'd probably go with with Sword-Point Diplomacy or Night's Whisper. Esper Sentinel would probably come in as a very distant 3rd choice for me, being too conditional and easy to remove for my taste.
Given how integral The Sibsig Ceremony is to your deck, I would count on opponents sideboarding every enchantment removal spell they have in the second game. In my experience, getting a Hall into play makes opponents feel completely defeated before they can even cast enchantment removal.

The Sibsig Ceremony: Because Gravecrawler wasn't already broken enough...
Bastion of Remembrance can provide some life drain, and The Meathook Massacre could swing a match in the late game if you don't mind busting the budget.

I think that your mutate spells will get the benefit of the cost reduction from The Sibsig Ceremony, since they are creature spells on the stack, but they won't be destroyed, since it mutates onto an existing creature:
"A mutating creature spell is a creature spell, even if it won't enter the battlefield as a creature."
"A mutating creature spell that resolves doesn't enter the battlefield. It simply merges with the target creature. As this happens, the controller of the mutating creature spell chooses whether to put it on top of the target creature or on the bottom. Abilities that trigger whenever a creature enters the battlefield don't trigger."
Here's the Mutate Rulings Wiki section if you want to check it out in deeper detail.

I was looking at The Sibsig Ceremony and I wanted to know how it would interact with mutate cards like Insatiable Hemophage since the card is technically cast, but as far as i am aware it does not enter the battlefield, but modifies an existing creature. Would I be able to cast the Insatiable Hemophage for its modified mutate cost of 1 Black pip and target say an existing 2/2 zombie druid token on the field to get a 2/2 deathtouch zombie druid token with the additional mutate ability? Or would I just get another 2/2 zombie?
