Necra Sanctuary

Enchantment

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control a green or white permanent, target player loses 1 life. If you control a green permanent and a white permanent, that player loses 3 life instead.

Andramalech and capwner I'll take any thoughts you have--this is right at the beginning of the planning stage. Definitely going to take a good look at the toolbox stuff and tutors. Parallax Wave + Opalescence looks good, but I'm a little worried about overbalancing the 4 MV slot. Leaning toward a couple of Necra Sanctuary as the finisher.

Hmmmm, love this interaction but not exactly sure what would go best with it...maybe some toolbox 1-ofs to work with enlightened tutor e.g. Powder Keg Defense Grid Elephant Grass Aura of Silence, there are so many more options lol just go look at the sideboard for a random enchantress deck. Sterling Grove seems obligatory to tutor and protect your pieces. Parallax Wave + Opalescence combo could work here to protect/bounce the confinement as well. I kind of like your idea of Necra Sanctuary especially alongside the groves. Honestly though I don't think you need much in terms of wincons, if you are all in on the lock I think opponents will just scoop or deck themselves, maybe just 1 or 2 tutorable kill pieces like Necra to beat stuff like Gaea's Blessing.

I like the concept of additional upkeeps via Paradox Haze, like Necra Sanctuary. Probably there are some other great enchantments out there with accumulating advantages on your upkeep.

Utopia Vow is also a great idea, as it means either one more mana for you if you have Verduran Enchantress or Herald of the Pantheon out or else a way to shut down a dangerous creature an opponent controls.

Given that you'll be drawing lots of extra cards, mana will be the bottle neck. Your current mana ramp gives you ability to play blue spells, but why not speed up the deck with some cheaper mana-ramp enchantments?
