I think you would benefit from trying to lower your mana curve so you're not so stacked at the 3 mana slot; maybe replace the Putrefy and To the Slaughter with cheaper removal like Doom Blade, Go for the Throat or Smother, depending on what creatures you expect to face, and swap Sporecap Spider out for Canopy Spider.

Cool idea! I love Spiders and have been wanting to make a Spider deck, myself. The only issues I have with this deck is that you have three Swamps, a Jungle Hollow, and two Evolving Wilds but absolutely no need for black mana except for the Flashback on the Spider Spawning. I would suggest maybe replacing the Swamps with Forests and replacing the Jungle Hollow and Evolving Wilds with Unknown Shores? Or just making Jungle Hollow a "four of" and replacing the Evolving Wilds and Swamps with Forests. Lastly, I would definitely say the Kessig Recluse is really powerful and should be at least a "three of" (I'd take out a Grappler Spider or two for them). And if you can, another Arachnus Spinner would be great for the deck. Overall, the deck is almost there! Even though you are low on lands, the Llanowar Elves seem to help out. But if you find you still aren't getting enough lands, try taking out a Grappler Spider and/or Canopy Spider for a couple more Forests/Swamps. Keep up the good work!

Your curve could be improved somewhat, too; spiders are typically around 4 cmc, but there are a few cheap options you can use to spam the board early on.
Canopy Spider, Renowned Weaver, Aquastrand Spider, and Grappler Spider are all 2 cmc or less.
