Power Sink, Spell Blast, Dovin's Veto, and if were throwing creatures in there Brine Seer, Diplomatic Escort, Disciple of the Ring, Disruptive Pitmage, Ertai, Wizard Adept, and Mundungu are just a couple not to mention the plethora of sac to counter creatures, this list is a good start but maybe 100 or so cards short, thank you for starting this list tho +1 from me

Hey Jumbo, forgot the seers.
Brine Seer can counter anything just tapping and Ivy Seer can make any little token enourmous.

Love the deck description.
It may be worth running a few more wizards so that you can really go nuts with Azami. A few possible adds:
- Archmage Ascension might be a little slow, but it's basically guaranteed to get counters
- Brine Seer in many cases will tax spells by 4-5 mana.
- Disciple of the Ring gives back-end value off of your counters and can counter stuff
- Elite Arcanist can put a counter on a stick. If you don't need it that turn, tap to draw.
- Ertai, Wizard Adept -is- a counter on a stick
- Fatespinner cans low down the game while you fill your hand with counters and set up
- Sower of Temptation is just a good wizard
- Talrand, Sky Summoner from your sideboard might be a good win con here

If it were me, I'd focus on a lot of wizards that counter spells )since they are getting 1 card per turn), so Brine Seer, Disruptive Pitmage, Disruptive Student, Ertai, Wizard Adept, maybe Lullmage Mentor, Patron Wizard, Soratami Savant, Vodalian Mage, etc.
This in combination with actual counter spells means they're effectively locked out once you're setup.
