giants vs deck

Casual*

So I'm building fun, casual decks using the formula I've found by dissecting the duel decks WotC has made over the years. The idea here is that you're building themed decks to play the game to have fun instead of being hyper competitive. Playing decks because you enjoy them instead of playing something to beat a meta or take down a tourney. I use this formula so I can play my deck against the vs's decks and have as close to a 50/50 win/loss record as possible. I do this so if play a newer player who just bought a deck they're not at an immediate disadvantage and I can help them learn the game. You also have to use your judgement and play test a lot to find what interactions are fun and what are to overpowering. This one is a giant themed deck.

The formula I found is as fallows.

First you have to choose a theme of the deck. Is it a tribal creature based deck? Is it a deck playing around with the graveyard a lot? Is it a mill deck? Does is center around a planeswalker? Then choose cards that fit into that theme threw card type, art and name, mechanics of the card, ect.

-Lands: 20-24, up to 5 nonbasic.

-Creature: 20-24

-Other: fill

-Rares: 6 singleton including 1 foil that may be mythic but not always.

-Uncommon: 10-15 no more then 2 copies of a card.

-Common: fill no more then 3 copies of a card.

Any feed back will be appreciated.
