Wort, the Raidmother
Legendary Creature — Goblin Shaman
When Wort, the Raidmother enters the battlefield, create two 1/1 red and green Goblin Warrior creature tokens.
Each red or green instant or sorcery spell you play has conspire. (As you cast the spell, you may tap two untapped creatures you control that share a colour with it. When you do, copy it and you may choose new targets for the copy.)

Some thoughts:
-
The game is never going long enough to cast Wort, the Raidmother - on average you won't be seeing your 6th land to play until around turn 10-11, and generally most games of magic are decidedly over by turns 4-6. I would suggest ditching this card.

I think you need to lower your mana curve drastically. You currently have a LOT of 3-mana spells, which is typically considered near the higher-end for most decks. Conversely, you have very-few 1-mana spells, in a deck that's aiming to be "spell slinger" you want your mana curve to be as low as possible. Goblin Anarchomancer might be also be a creature worth considering to help you cast more spells early - but even with that I think you want a lower mana-curve.

Raptor Hatchling and Sporeweb Weaver both don't appear to be doing much for you here??

When using the conspire ability of Wort, the Raidmother alongside cards like Regrowth can i stack it so that the copy returns the original or not? If not, how does the stack order/interaction work here?

If you're looking for a Gruul spellslinger commander, then Wort, the Raidmother is your lady.

Dud cards: Conclave Guildmage Conclave's Blessing Rallying Roar + a lot of the convoke cards
Why is Katilda, Dawnhart Prime in the deck?
I've seen Outlaws' Merriment flop a lot in Alex's deck
Consider conspire cards like Gleeful Sabotage and Wort, the Raidmother
Have you considered Plargg, Dean of Chaos Flip Augusta would ball in this deck?
I always suggest a little bit of creature sacrifice in a deck like this. Here's some suggestions: Perilous Forays Martyr's Cause Goblin Bombardment Fanatical Devotion Evolutionary Leap Tooth and Claw Makeshift Munitions Barrage of Expendables. When you swing out, shit's gonna get killed so it's nice to make the most of your creatures. Plus these cards do great against board wipes.
Consider these land sacrifice cards: Sylvan Safekeeper Squirrel Wrangler Goblin Trenches Constant Mists Aura Fracture
Also consider adding anthems to drive the win home if you think you will struggle with winning.
Prosperous Partnership slaps and I suggest you reconsider it.
Additional card suggestions: Neyali, Suns' Vanguard Roar of Resistance Arasta of the Endless Web Intangible Virtue Divine Visitation Inspiring Leader Legion Loyalty

I'd suggest cutting the artifact ramp that isn't Sol Ring or Mana Crypt for more spell/land-based ramp. Nature's Lore and Three Visits-like effects just to trigger more abilities/magecraft.
Some other suggestions that might be fun:
-
Surge to Victory fun finisher when you exile a bomb spell
-
Guttersnipe puts in a ton of work in spellslinger decks
-
Wort, the Raidmother RG spellslinger support, plus with all the tokens you make she is very effective

Here's the thing, just built this deck and I think I have the combo. This is a deck that I just built and finally put it all together to play it. What I think I can do is this.
Deck: Wort, the Raid Mother Copies of Tokens
Combo: Wort, the Raidmother is on the field, I cast Jaya's Immolating Inferno, I don't conspire it. Then I cast Wild Ricochet, I conspire this. The stack looks like this...
TOP:
(Copy of WR) >> Wild Ricochet
Wild Ricochet >> Jaya's Immolating Inferno
BOTTOM:
Then I use the copy of Wild Ricochet to change the target of the original, targeting the copy of Wild Ricochet
The copy resolves, copying Wild Ricochet, targeting the original Wild Ricochet, creating a new copy, targeting the original Wild Ricochet.
Then the second copy of Wild Ricochet resolves, targeting the original Wild Ricochet, creating a new copy, targeting the original. And so on and so forth.
Theoretically, I could then create 8+ new Copies on the stack (at one point) to change the target of Jaya's Immolating Inferno 8+ times. THEN when I have as many copies as I want, I change every other Wild Ricochet to target Jaya's Immolating Inferno to cast the spell 4+ times instead of the 8+ copies i made. It gets out half, but if I can do it an infinite amount of times, half of infinity is still infinity.
Is this true? If not, should I cast a Reiterate to make it work so that Wild Ricochet is on the stack, so I could then target it?

I got a KICK out of your primer! :D I have limited experience playing gruul, and even less so playing a burning, spell slinging deck, but it looks great!
Nothing to upgrade, just alternatives and things to think on as you keep playtesting the deck! Things that come to mind are: Glint-Horn Buccaneer is a combo with Keen Sense to deal a lot of damage and draw yourself out. Also you mentioned the Zendikar lands, Kazuul's Fury Flip seems good in a deck going tall and burning, could help get that last burst damage in! Pir, Imaginative Rascal is a hardened scales with legs. Ring of Valkas could be something to look at, though it could be a little slow. Would be a decent trigger for getting even more +1/+1 counters. I run Inspiring Call in my bears deck. While it won't gain you as much card advantage, it is protection that replaces itself! The Explore and Riot mechanic would also work in tandem with your gameplan! Something like Path of Discovery or Rhythm of the Wild could also kickstart the counter train. Also, weird card choice, but Wort, the Raidmother could also be an interesting 1 of in the 99! Admittedly a utility land, Kessig Wolf Run was recently reprinted, and is an oldie but a goodie way of getting in that last bit of damage! Also, while not really a kicker matters card, Hull Breach is a good 2 for 1 removal!

I love the deck idea! Have you considered Wort, the Raidmother as a little friend for Rosheen? She doesn't do much for your hydras, but she can copy those X spells for you!
