Absolutely, and due to its haste, returning Chiss to end in main 2 is not a problem at all. But I'm not sure if I accidentally used it at instant speed in said game :D

This looks pretty fine, good job! In the last game I had with my Chiss-Goria, Sanctum of Eternity gained me so much advantage. My dragon had been removed like five times in that game, and even though it was still doable to recast him from the zone, the mana advantage of avoiding command tax changed quite a lot for me in that game.

I really like your style of brewing! Magmatic Galleon would be a pretty fine addition here. Also, as you have that littke focus on vehicles, Cosima, God of the Voyage  ^Flip could let you do even more thievery.

This looks fun! I have Yenna in my Sythis, Harvest Hand deck as a way to either copy a ramp aura or Eldrazi Conscription/Colossification. Maybe give those a shot here?
