Thought Scour in another color?

Is there any card for one that has similar efect as Thought Scour in colors like B,G,W?

Before I run a Gatherer search, can you be a bit more clear as to what you are looking for? There are a couple ways to interpret what you are asking for:
- One mana cantrip that draws you a card.
- Card that puts cards in an opponent's graveyard for 1 mana, with a secondary boon.
- Card that draws you a card and puts cards in your graveyard.
- Card that draws you a card and puts cards in another's graveyard.

I guess: Card that draws you a card and puts cards in your graveyard.I want to play some delve creatures because I can't buy Tarmogoyf for my Abzan traverse deck.

Also I know there is a Grisly Salvage but that is a lot worse then one mana spell.

Maybe look at Darkblast. It fills your graveyard and can repeatedly kill small creatures.

I did some quick Gatherer searches, and found nothing that worked perfectly--Darkblast was really the best option, but, even then, you're only "drawing" the same mediocre card.
Which, leads me to my next question--why not blue? BU Delve is a fairly solid combination. Blue gives you access to cantrips and counterspells, which quickly fill your graveyard. Black gives arguably the best "removal" spell in the game--Thoughtseize--and access to powerful Delve-based win conditions.
A control core, seeking to stall and fill your graveyard with instants and sorceries makes a strong base for a Delve deck.

Not in the colors you'd like but Faithless Looting is fairly similar.

Lotleth Troll can put cards in your grave if that's all you need.
Like mentioned above Grisly Salvage is probably your best bet.
