Trying to make an Artifact-centric EDH deck in Izzet Colors. Which commander should I use?

I want to make a fun deck focusing around artifact shenanigans, utilizing the many great blue and red cards that would fit this kind of strategy. The thing is usually you choose a commander to build around and there really isn't a perfect commander for this sort of thing, which is why I was curious to hear other's opinions on this. My options are:
Nin, the Pain Artist- Draws cards, kills creatures in a pinch and can allow me to play Dack Fayden and Willbreaker as ways to abuse the ability.
Keranos, God of Storms- Constant card advantage if I were to work in a bit of deck maipulation. Also hard to remove and not very threatening.
Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius- Draw ability, while mana intensive can be very good and the pinging on draw can be easily abused... Could put in some combos and stuff to complement my theme
And maybe even Jhoira of the Ghitu... Some artifacts cost a lot of mana... But honestly I think this deck is probably not the deck for her. Let me know what you guys think.

If you're willing to expand out of just Izzet colors: Narset, Enlightened Master. Plays all your non-creature artifacts for freeeeeee! She doesn't have to be a Voltron Commander.

@Boza: Thanks, I was considering going Grixis for this deck, just wasn't sure I wanted to do another three color mana base. You're right though, none of the cards I mentioned do anything other than help me draw cards or give me sub-strategies but that just waters down my deck. It requires testing.
@PepsiAddicted: Haha Memnarch as a commander is competitive and gets a lot of hate. I want this deck to be "my fun deck", but rest assured, that won't stop me from putting it in the 99. Thanks for the suggestion! Stealing Sol Rings are fun!
@the.beanpoleFirst of all I'd like to say Jeskai is a favorite of mine, when it comes to modern. I play R/W/U flash and have been hoping for a commander that'd inspire me to take that love of Jeskai into my favorite format and Narset comes close to doing this. You're right, cheating out artifacts with her would be awesome, and it begs to be tested. So thank you! Even if I don't decide to use her at the helm this time... Doesn't mean she won't be at the helm of my next deck!

All of the group hate, none of the infuriating competitiveness?... By God, you might be onto something lol... Then again my "competitive deck" was supposed to be a fun casual deck until the spike in me made it otherwise xD. I don't trust myself not to do the same with this one. Especially not with something as combo-rific as Memnarch.

None of the mention actually have much to do with artifacts...
I recommend going Grixis - Marchesa, the Black Rose is very fun with Modular dudes like Arcbound Ravager, while Mishra, Artificer Prodigy is just plain fun for everyone involved and has some of the most amazing interactions in commander.
If you want to keep it Izzet, just do not include any black cards in the 99 to give it a more unique twist.
