Enchantress Troubles

Been trying to play Enchantress into Avacyn with Enchanted Evening and getting chopped up pretty bad by other players. Can do nice things earlier turns, but fizzles out late game. The overall deck objective is to cast creatures with Aura abilities, buff them with Auras, then make them indestructible with Avacyn. Some control cards in the deck like Nevermore can turn off other players, but the speed at which White plays makes it tough to get to a point where you can start chunking away at your opponent. Keep in mind that I haven't been playing that long and this is the second deck that I've completed.
I'm beating my head against a wall here. I can't seem to win against any match-up. I guess I could ask if there are any suggestions on how to set up damage early in Enchantments? Either way, it needs help.

I"m also going to advocate Ethereal Armor as an efficient aura.

Id honestly try and incorporate another color or two. Uril The Mist Stalker is great, Bruna, Light of Alabaster is good too. I personally think mono white will leave you wanting. G/W is the classic enchantress colors and provide the most support for the archtype.

A deck list, format, and budget would be good. But wihout such info Im guessing budget build, modern deck. Said decks run Gladecover Scout and Slippery Boggle! as hard to kill creatures to stick chants on, combined withKor Spiritdancer for card advantage. Gatherer of Graces could be an alternative to the boggles for something hard to kill that also comes with aura buffs, while Invisible Stalker and Silhana Ledgewalker fill out the resiliant evasion catagories.
As for auras, Rancor, Daybreak Coronet, and Hyena Umbra see play as cheap powerful chants to put on dudes.
