Fastest way to ramp?

So my friend just built a Ramos deck that's 100% proxies. It uses mana rocks and Paradox Engine to reliably win on turn 4 or 5. I'm building Maelstrom Wanderer at the moment, and I've got it so that when I cast my 'mander, I pretty much win on the spot. So what would be the best way to get a turn 4 or 5 Maelstrom Wanderer?
Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Grim Monolith, Mox Diamond, Lotus Petal, the signets, Nature's Lore, Three Visits, Birds of Paradise are all good starting places.

bloom tender also to add to the others, chrome mox and mox opal could also be there.

So I had an old maelstrom deck the could turn 3 about 50% of the time, the easiest would be T1 land, Sol Ring, then Signet if you had one. T2 Somberwald Sage. T3 cast Maelstrom
