can't pick a commander

Hi I currently play a Breya deck and am looking to expand my collection of decks i have narrowed it down to red and blue and have had trouble deciding between the Locust god and Jhoira. If you have input on other R/B commanders i would love to hear it as they all seem quite fun these two just happened to draw my attention. I am looking for something that is fun to play and wont break the bank. thanks.
I personally love Arjun, the Shifting Flame. He leads a chaos deck with heavy power in drawing with cards like Jace's Erasure, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, and Psychosis Crawler. You see your WHOLE DECK most games which I really find fun. To many times you're like "I don't get to play this card enough!" With this deck, you don't have to :)

Thanks I had not really thought of arjun like that but that actually seems like a really fun deck to play and now I will have to try it thanks.

I love the new The Locust God, I think it would be a very fun choice to build around. However if you want more possible choices, I went through and found all the possible options for RU Commanders other then the ones that you have listed.

If you need more help on choosing a commander for your deck, or help building around your commander, I recommend you checking out Tolarian Community College's videos on commander decks, I've found his videos to be very helpful.
Also remember, building a commander deck is all about building around a commander that you love playing.
