Wiggyman, it's a decent suggestion, I only worry that it isn't fast enough for the deck. Without any sort of ramp, in a best-case-scenario, the soonest I would get use out of a card like that would be turn 4.

Cool deck, I like the theme.

Unfortunately there aren't many other creatures that will fit without adding a third colour. I think making the deck BUW could work, but the manabase wouldn't be budget anymore.

Have you considered Echoing Truth instead of Repeal? Repeal definitely has the advantage of being a cantrip and only costing one blue (most of the time), but Echoing Truth will be a 2-for-1 or better for you most of the time.

Drakorya, I actually did consider Echoing Truth when making the deck, but I decided to go with Repeal because it really helps keep the mana curve down, as well as gives me the useful cantrip. With a playset of Ratchet Bombs and Illness in the Ranks, I don't really see the need for more large removal at the cost of a cantrip and slightly higher mana curve.
