4x The Cheese Stands Alone

I like The Cheese Stands Alone and I found out that Decree of Annihilation exiles hands and lands but not enchantments so you can cast it and keep the Cheese. And I added Omnispell Adept so I can get it earlier than turn 10. And there's ramp so you can get it earlier. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out the strategy from there.
