Block Constructed Defender Mill

I stumbled upon this combo while working on a block constructed deck for a tourney at my LGS. I know its not very easy but I think it's fun.

COMBO:

4 defenders + Axebane Guardian + Nivix Guildmage + Savage Surge

Tap guardian for 5 mana, use 1 of it and a forest to cast savage surge, target the guardian. Before it resolves use the remaning four mana to copy it with the guildmage. The copy targets the guardian and resolves. Now repeat, tap guardian for 5 mana, use 4 to copy and untap him. NEVER LET ORIGINAL SPELL RESOLVE.

Now make large mana pool(s) of whatever color(s). Then use Doorkeeper to mill the opponent. (You can untap doorkeeper just by copying the original savage surge as many times as needed.) If you dont have doorkeeper on the field just use the guildmage to loot until you find Explosive Impact . Then just cast it, copy it a bunch, kill whoever and whatever.

Any suggestions to make the deck combo faster or just more reliable are welcome. Just remember this is block constructed.
