jakonater - thanks for the suggestion. i thought of Whispersilk Cloak (great card), but Shroud could screw me over by hindering my ability to buff my little friends :D

actually what the hell, ill run it in addition to Prowler's Helm :D
switched out Everlasting Torment for it - card wasn't working out as well as i thought it would.

yea she's one of the few Legends from actual Legends that's actually good. I've seen her used as a Commander before in other Grixis EDH builds, was surprised she wasn't on the creature list here.

Unrelated to the deck (although it looks cool and fun), how come you have the widget on the left of the deck that has "my other decks" there? And how can I get that, cause it looks awesome!

I replaced Damnation with Life's Finale...Bad choice?

I like Life's Finale very much. The difference is the casting cost vs. going through their deck, getting three creatures and putting them in the graveyard. I thing the two extra CMC is worth that, and I run it in my own EDH.

CelineT - im honestly not sure about Counterbalance , but it is one of my favorite cards and i had an extra one so i figured i'd give it a try :D

I figure people do like that card, and I've even seen some running it without the Divining Top, but it just seems much weaker in EDH where there are so many unknown variables since there are no straight up, real archetypes for decks since people can build their decks how they want. I'm curious to see how it goes, though.
