By looking at the cards at Standard I noticed that there is a good amount of one drops with evasion and a lot of support for then, so though about creating a budget RDW.

The major extra point of the deck is how many 1-mana creatures with evasion it have, principally menace. Most pumps become Straight up Burn or better, and reaching 20 damage by turn 4~5 isn't Magic Christmas-land, although the deck should be really easy to disrupt and destroy. Well, it's still one to keep watching for the Metagame.
